Overview
Puerto Aventuras sits on the coast between Playa del Carmen and Tulum. It was built around a marina, with residential clusters, a small commercial center, and a golf course, rather than a walkable city street. This is one of the four places Schmidt & Co sells.
Lifestyle
Days move between the harbor, the beach clubs, and a quieter residential pace than Fifth Avenue. The town is small enough to learn quickly and close enough to Playa for what it does not have.
Real estate
Condos and houses tied to the marina and the golf community, plus a smaller number of beachfront residences. Inventory here is separate from Playacar and from Cancún.
